By entering the Raffle, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
The General and VIP Raffle are run by O4X Pte Ltd (“O4X”).
Raffle Draws are open to any valid ticket holder of Sneaker Con SEA (“Event”), who will receive their respective Raffle ticket for the day of their ticket (1 April 2023 / 2 April 2023), and as per their ticket category (i.e. General / VIP) upon entry to Event.
Each Raffle ticket is only valid for the date stated on Raffle ticket (1 April 2023 / 2 April 2023) and for the category stated (General / VIP), which will be eligible for the respective General Raffle or VIP Raffle held on each day at the main stage area of Event.
Winners will be drawn at random during each General Raffle or VIP Raffle on either 1 or 2 April 2023.
Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
O4X reserves the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value.
The decision of O4X regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence regarding this will be entertained.
Winners will be announced and notified during General Raffle and VIP Raffle on 1 and 2 April 2023 at stage area of Event. Winners will be called out according to serial number of Raffle ticket and MUST be present during the announcement to claim their prize. Missed number callouts will not be entertained and such persons will lose their right to the prize, permitting O4X to call out new Raffle Tickets.
Prize winners will either receive and claim their prize on-site at the stage area, or will be handed a Prize Acceptance Letter (with details stated in Letter for their follow-up with respective sponsor for delivery/pick-up).
O4X does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the Raffle or being selected for a prize.
O4X does not provide any form of product or technical support for prizes. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and product are that of the prize winner.
O4X reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Raffle Draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and all entrants (including winners) are deemed to have agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
